Each building is a set of steel-framed modules that stack and join. The same system becomes a weekend farmhouse, a row of resort cottages or a 20-desk project office.

The parts that slow a normal site down are done on the factory floor and tested before the module ships.

    Where the savings come from

    Less labour on site, no curing time, near-zero material waste, and a solar roof that cuts the running bill from the first month. A module can also be relocated and resold, so the money isn't buried in the ground.

    Modules are sized to standard ISO container dimensions, so they move on any freight network. Our install crew travels with the order, or we train your local team.

    Questions

    Before you order.

    What foundation does it need?

    Simple concrete pads or plinth beams at the module corners, not a full raft. We send the drawing on day 3 so your local contractor can pour while we build.

    Can it be moved later?

    Yes. Modules unbolt, services disconnect at marked points, and the unit is craned onto a truck. Plan for about a week to relocate a two-module building.

    How long does it last?

    The galvanised steel frame is designed for a 30+ year life. Cladding and finishes are serviceable and replaceable.

    Is it comfortable in heat and cold?

    Walls and roof use insulated sandwich panels. Climate packs add thicker insulation for cold regions or extra roof shading for hot ones.

    What about permits?

    Rules differ by country and land use. Many farm and site-office uses are treated as temporary structures. We supply structural and services drawings for your local approval.

    Does it work off-grid?

    The solar roof can be paired with a battery bank, water tank and septic or bio-digester package for fully off-grid sites.
